Special General Meeting

Please confirm if you wish to attend the Special General Meeting to be held at Surf Coast Shire Main Office, 1 Merrijig Drive, Torquay, Victoria 3228.  As set out in the notice of Special General Meeting, there is one proposed special resolution relating to the adoption of an amended Constitution. 

If you wish to vote on the resolution but are unable to attend, please complete the proxy form provided in an earlier email and return it to us per the details outlined.
